Thanks to the ibooka innovative transaction based pricing, ibooka is affordable by all; bringing sophisticated software solutions to all businesses and clubs from the smallest club through to the largest business with the flexibility and power to suit every user of the system.

Your personal ibooka website is free and will remain active for as long you are either testing or accepting live bookings.

After an initial free trial and test period of 30 days (if you need longer please Contact us) you simply flip the system status configuration flag from test to live.

There are 3 very simply pricing options for ibooka.

Pennies Per Booking
(default option)

High Volume Systems

25p a booking, capped at a maximum of £25.00 for systems up to 250 booking transactions per month and nothing else.

It is as simple as that!

Over 250 booking transactions a month

Please contact ibooka for a price quote for all systems over 250 booking transactions per calendar month.

Included at NO COST in each of the above options are the following:

Initial Site Set up and Configuration; Free Trial Period (30 days); Support / Maintenance; Web hosting of personal booking site; Manuals / Documentation

Invoices are automatically generated by the ibooka system on a monthly basis and emailed to the ibooka site administrator. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice.

All prices are quoted as exclusive of Sales Tax and Traveling & Accommodation Expenses where applicable.
